Practice/Tryout Sanction Request

Sites with certificates of insurance provided for 2008-2009 will show an end insurance date of September 1, 2009. Those certificates will auto-renew for 2009-2010 and will be issued to club directors provided clubs have indicated these locations are repeat sites and the locations are approved.
